The location of the hotel near the metro station was convenient for transportation. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were attentive to my needs and the hotel facilities were satisfactory.

I recently stayed at a hotel during Easter and it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms were well maintained and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even provided a complimentary breakfast which was a nice touch. Another great feature was the location, it was very close to public transportation and within walking distance to a few restaurants and shops.
One downside of the hotel was that there was no elevator and the stairs were quite steep. This may be an issue for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

the room service was prompt and efficient. the location of the hotel was great, as it was close to the metro and railway stations, making it easy for us to travel around the city. there were plenty of nearby restaurants and food delivery options available.
the lack of lift in the hotel and steep staircase were a bit cumbersome, but manageable.
